SILENCE...!

Theres silence all around me,
It hangs from the ceiling,
Emerges from the floor,
Talkes to me in verses,
But, I still can’t seem to hear …

The silence so kneaded,
The inner voice so loud,
It’s a blinding sight to watch you leave..
And you maintain silence,
Now just to prove my sanity,
I leave it to the destiny…

The silence so deafening,
The rush of blood in my veins so numb,
The drumming of my heart,
Oh ! never so loud…
But I stil feel the atmosphere being so numb,
And I know the silence still exists..

I sit on top of this roof,
Chasing and evading silence,
Waiting for the lonely stars, that take a thousand light years,
I want to know when the stars would shine..
On Me, on You…on both of Us..?
When was the time when things were better.?
And I sit on this roof wondering,

Chasing and evading silence,

Leaving it to the to the so called destiny…!
